For many years, I have worked in the field of real estate law, including providing legal advice and representation in the sale and purchase of apartments, plots, commercial properties, and real estate in general. I also handle the leasing of residential and commercial properties.

During my years of practice, I have gained additional experience in transactions involving developers. I worked at a law firm that represented contractors and large-scale projects of leading developers in Israel in general, and in Holon in particular.

Among other things, I have handled a wide range of simple and complex transactions, dissolution of co-ownership in real estate, registration of condominium buildings, amendment of condominium orders following construction additions and various changes, real estate taxation, capital gains tax calculations, capital gains tax spreading, and the full utilization of clients’ rights.

Throughout my career, I have specialized extensively in real estate law and real estate taxation, with close attention to material details and in-depth knowledge of the field, including ongoing annual professional training and staying up to date with legislative developments such as the Economic Arrangements Law and other regulatory changes.

In addition, I have gained experience in the field of wills and estates, and I have completed specialized training and received certification to prepare enduring powers of attorney.
